Editor - Save Job To XML
In Brief: In every FormBoss installation you have a folder called /output/xml/. When you click this button, an XML definition file for your entire form is placed in that folder with the same name as your job. This has the effect of 'saving' your job to the file system, which is good for two general purposes:

First: it is always a good practice to create hard copies of all data, no matter what the program or task.

Second: because the entire job is saved, you can transport the job to a colleague, or for tech support, to us where we can then load your job and see it exactly as you would in your local editor.
