Automatic Version Updater

With Formboss2 seeming to add features and new versions twice a month I can hardly keep up. That is not a terrible problem to have, but it sure would be great if an automatic update module was created that took only a few clicks to run like a lot of software has. If you save each of your customers 10 minutes an update the total time savings adds up quickly.

I actually wrote an update engine a ways back, and it's in the app right now...but well, it was mainly designed to update config files, as their was a time when that was the most commonly updated item.

Times have changed though, and the config files rarely change now. Now it's all about the app files, so I'll need to go in and rework the system.

The goods news though is we're starting to stabilize now, with most updates coming in the monthly form as opposed to weekly.

This will give me the time I need to go in and code the update engine : )
