Installing FormBoss Locally

Hi I recently bought form boss with and installed, and it works great. But I would like to work locally, my question is:

I installed apache and mysql and also bought dbforge to manage the mysal database, I got everything up and running but when I installed Formboss locally I get

Login Error: Invalid License Key Provided.

- Please make sure that if your domain was licensed with the (www.) prefix that you access FormBoss using the www.
- Likewise, if your key was created without the www., that you remove the www. from the address bar and try to login again.
Finally, this may be a temporary hiccup, and trying to login again may be all that is required.


Do I need to buy another license if I want to work locally?

Thank you for the question.

The good news is we should be able to setup a virtual host that has the same name as your registered domain. That way we work locally, but when we need to be online, can easily do so. However, their are some subtleties, so perhaps the best way to proceed would be to simply email me directly. That way it's much easier to chat about your specific setup in a more private manner, as well as it allows me to more easily send documentation.
