FormBoss 3 and FormBoss Express are sold on a per-license basis, with each license being valid for (1) domain. Thus, a three site license would install on 3 separate domains, e.g. sample.com, sample2.com, sample3.com. It is important to note that the forms you create are not tied to this domain, only the actual editor application is. In other words, you can use the forms FormBoss creates on any domain.
